![]() Caring for Families today Richard Carlson has been a co-owner of Martin-Becker-Carlson since 1988 and has over 30 years of experience in the funeral industry. He was raised in the Solomon, Kansas area where he graduated from Solomon High School in 1967, he attended Kansas Wesleyan University for 2 years and then completed his Mortuary Science degree from University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma in 1971. Richard has owned and operated the Carlson Funeral Home in Hope since 1972 and Carlson Funeral Home of Solomon since 1974. He is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer.
Greg Becker has been a co-owner of Martin-Becker-Carlson since 1988 and has over 30 years of experience in the funeral industry. He was raised in Abilene, Kansas and graduated from Abilene High School in 1964, He graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma with a certificate in Mortuary Science and has been a licensed Funeral Director/ Embalmer in Kansas since 1976. Employed by Martin Funeral Home from 1972- 1988. In 1988 became co-owner of Martin-Becker-Carlson, and also the Carlson-Becker Funeral Homes at Solomon and Hope.
